This webcam shot is the view from the deck at the base lodge at the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area today.Colorado ski season officially opened yesterday at Loveland Ski Area, followed quickly by today's opening at Arapahoe Basin.
Most Colorado ski areas will open sometime in November.
Since my last day of skiing was Memorial Day, I'm eager to get my skis on and take a few turns at A-Basin.
